Ben Diskin
Ben Diskin voices the role of Gonzo, the stunt-crazed daredevil, in Disney Junior’s reimagined “Muppet Babies” television series, which chronicles the hilarious playroom antics of the young Kermit the Frog, Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Animal and brand-new Muppet Baby, Summer Penguin.
With nearly 30 years of acting experience, Diskin began his career as a child actor starring in movies such as “Kindergarten Cop” and “Mr. Saturday Night,” as well as voicing the lead character of Junior Healy in the animated television series “Problem Child.”
Since then, he has appeared in numerous television series and film projects and given voice to a variety of animated characters, including starring as the voice of Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 2 in the animated series “Codename: Kids Next Door,” which was created by “Muppet Babies” executive producer Tom Warburton.
His additional animation voiceover credits include “Hey Arnold!,” “Naruto Shippūden,” “The Spectacular Spider-Man,” “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” “Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.” and “Marvel’s Spider-Man.” He also voices Young Xehanort in the “Kingdom Hearts” video game series.
Diskin is from Los Angeles and currently resides there. He enjoys video games, martial arts and being a giant nerd on the Internet.
