‘This Week with George Stephanopoulos’ Ranks No. 1 in Adults 25-54 for the 7th Time in the Last 8 Weeks

“This Week with George Stephanopoulos” ranked No. 1 in Adults 25-54 on Sunday, June 20, 2022, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “This Week” took the top spot for the 7th time in the last 8 weeks.

 

In addition, “This Week” beat “Meet the Press” in Total Viewers.

 

“This Week” improved on the previous week in Total Viewers (+5% – 2.402 million vs. 2.289 million) and Adults 25-54 (+13% – 521,000 vs. 463,000).

“This Week” increased year to year in Adults 25-54 (+11% – 521,000 vs. 469,000).

 

Season to date, “This Week” is ranking No. 1 in Adults 25-54, leading CBS’ “Face the Nation” and NBC’s “Meet the Press” at this point of the season for the first time in 28 years — since the 1993-94 season.

“This Week” is leading NBC’s “Meet the Press” in Total Viewers season to date for the first time in 7 years — since the 2014-2015 season. In addition, “This Week” is cutting its season margin with “Face the Nation” by 18% (286,000 vs. 348,000) to its smallest gap in 12 years — since the 2009-2010 season.

George Stephanopoulos is anchor, Martha Raddatz is chief global affairs correspondent and co-anchor, and Jonathan Karl is chief Washington correspondent and co-anchor of “This Week.” Dax Tejera is executive producer of the broadcast.
