‘GMA3: What You Need to Know’ Ranks No. 1 in Total Viewers and Leads CBS’ ‘The Talk’ and NBC’s ‘TODAY Hoda & Jenna’ for the 3rd Week in a Row

“GMA3: What You Need to Know” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers during the week of April 11, 2022, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “GMA3” led CBS’ “The Talk” and NBC’s “TODAY Hoda & Jenna” for the 3rd week in a row and for the 7th time in the last 8 weeks.

 

“GMA3” saw increases on the previous week in Women 25-54 (+9% – 197,000 vs. 186,000) and Women 18-49 (+9% – 158,000 vs. 145,000).

 

For the 3rd consecutive week, “GMA3” was up on the year-ago week in Total Viewers (+1% – 1.579 million vs. 1.557 million).

 

Season to date, “GMA3” leads CBS’ “The Talk” in all key target demos: Total Viewers, Women 25-54 and Women 18-49. 

 

NOTE: Due to coverage of the UEFA Championship League on Tuesday (4/12/22) and Wednesday (4/13/22), CBS’ “The Talk” was preempted. On Tuesday, NBC’s “Today with Hoda & Jenna” was retitled to “Tdy Hoda & Jenna” due to live coverage of NBC News special report on the Brooklyn subway shooting. The retitled telecast is excluded from the weekly and season averages. “The Talk”’s weekly averages are based on three days (Monday, Thursday and Friday) and “TODAY with Hoda & Jenna”’s weekly averages are based on four days (Monday and Wednesday-Friday)
