Norton Virgien

Creator/Executive Producer/Supervising Director: Eureka!

Emmy® Award winner Norton Virgien is creator, executive producer and supervising director of Disney Branded Television’s “Eureka!,” an animated music-filled series about a talented young inventor living in the fantastical prehistoric world of Rocky Falls.

A veteran in the world of animation, Virgien began working with the award-winning Brown Bag Films in 2010. Most recently, he was the co-executive producer and supervising director of Disney Junior’s hit animated series “Vampirina” and the co-executive producer of the acclaimed animated series “Doc McStuffins.”

Virgien earned two Emmy Awards for his work on “Rugrats” and a third for “Tutenstein.” Other television credits include “Henry Hugglemonster,” “Duckman” and “Santo Bugito.” Among his feature film credits are “The Rugrats Movie,” “Rugrats Go Wild,” “Rugrats in Paris,” “The Wild Thornberry’s Movie” and “Curious George 2.”

Virgien holds a Bachelor of Arts in art and English from Bates College.
