Mitchell Hope

Mitchell Hope reprises his role as Ben, the benevolent teenage son of Belle and Beast from “Beauty and the Beast.” Head over heels in love with Mal, the young King has to make tough decisions for the safety of his kingdom that could affect their relationship in the Disney Channel Original Movie “Descendants 3,” the highly anticipated trequel in the global hit “Descendants” franchise.

Hope always had a love for the dramatic arts, and he was constantly involved in the theater program in his community and at his high school.

Hope landed his first onscreen role in an Australian short film “Down the Way.” Shortly after, he appeared in the Australian television film “INXS: Never Tear Us Apart.”

Hope is from Melbourne, Australia, where he currently resides. He has two younger brothers and a puppy. He likes to spend his spare time with his friends and family playing basketball, squash and surfing.
