Mica Zeltzer

Mica Zeltzer voices Luna in Disney Branded Television’s “Pupstruction,” which follows the adventures of an all-dog construction company led by an innovative young corgi named Phinny, who might be the smallest pup on the crew but proves that you don’t need big paws to have big dreams or big ideas.

Zeltzer was born in Los Angeles and is passionate about dancing, singing and acting. She has participated in several musical theater productions, including “Les Misérables” and “Aladdin Jr.” productions by Shanelle Gray.

With a passion for dance, Zeltzer trains in classical ballet, contemporary and lyrical dance, jazz, tap and hip-hop. She trains at the Los Angeles Ballet Academy and participates in annual performances and international dance competitions.

She lives in Los Angeles with her mom, dad, sister and two dogs.
