Keegan Connor Tracy

Keegan Connor Tracy stars as Belle in the highly anticipated Disney Channel Original Movie “Descendants 2.” Tracy has had a variety of roles in Hollywood, and she currently plays dual roles as the Blue Fairy and Mother Superior in the ABC series “Once Upon A Time.” She also stars as Professor Lipson in Syfy’s “The Magicians.” Past television credits include “Bates Motel,” “Psych,” “Supernatural” and “Battlestar Galactica.” She can also be seen in films such as “Final Destination 2,” “White Noise” and Robert Redford’s “The Company You Keep.” Tracy is a native of Ontario, Canada, and currently resides in Vancouver with her husband and their two daughters.
