Joanna Hausmann is a comedian, writer and actor currently serving as co-producer/story editor on Disney's "Hamster & Gretel." Hausmann is a Venezuelan American who gained popularity through her videos on YouTube and as head-writer of Univision's bilingual platform Flama. Her viral creations have garnered over 100 million views and have been featured in several major publications. Her work won her Best Comedian and Creator of the Year in Hispanicize's Tecla awards. She was also honored by the National Hispanic Media Coalition award for Best Online Storyteller. Hausmann is a correspondent on the series "Bill Nye Saves the World" and was named the show's "unlikely science star" by Inverse Magazine. She voiced the alien villain on the Disney Channel series "Milo Murphy's Law" and is a cast member on the animated show "Harper House." She has written for TV including "Old News," "Tacoma FD" and the upcoming "Gordita Chronicles." Hausmann is bicostal, currently residing in Los Angeles, California.
