Donna Brown Guillaume

Consulting Producer: Eureka!

Emmy® Award nominee Donna Brown Guillaume is the consulting producer of Disney Branded Television’s “Eureka!,” an animated music-filled series about a talented young inventor living in the fantastical prehistoric world of Rocky Falls.

Guillaume worked her way up from the Channel 2 newsroom to the Los Angeles bureau of “The CBS Evening News,” becoming a strong researcher and interviewer undeterred by powerful or controversial material. She went on to produce the Emmy® Award-winning newsmagazine show “Two on the Town” for five years at KCBS.

Guillaume’s additional television and film credits include the award-winning animated series “Happily Ever After: Fairytales for Every Child”; the films “Passion and Memory,” “You Must Remember This” and “John Lewis: Get in the Way”; and the documentaries “Reading Their Hearts Out,” “Middle School Confessions” and “Unchained Memories: Readings from the Slave Narratives,” which earned an Emmy nomination.

Her work has garnered a Cable Ace Award, a Christopher Award, an IFFF (International Family Film Festival) Award and multiple Emmy nominations. She is a member of the Directors’ Guild of America, NABJ (National Association of Black Journalists) and BAD West (Black American Documentary Filmmakers).

Guillaume has also worked for several nonprofit organizations, including as director of External Affairs for LA’s Best, a citywide afterschool program for local elementary school students, and program director for the National Foster Youth Institute (NFYI). She is a supporter of Big Sisters of Los Angeles and Girls Inc.
