Alfred R. Lewis III

Bill: BUNK'D

Alfred R. Lewis III plays Bill, a no-nonsense descendant of famous cowboy Bill Pickett who prefers roping cattle over hanging out with friends, in Disney Branded Television’s comedy series “BUNK’D.”

An Atlanta native, Lewis has always had a love for entertaining and performing, appreciating the art of storytelling as he engages with audiences. His ability to connect with his characters tends to have a lasting impact, and he has been recognized by film, voiceover and theater directors as having a strong work ethic, unmatched by some adults. The fun and energetic 12-year-old is looking forward to the season two release of the animated television series “DIY Science Time” and the summer release of “The Urbans” (episode two), in which he played a character that allowed him to go head-to-head with comedian Rodney Perry.

Lewis has been fortunate to have a growing list of credits across television, film and theater at such a young age. Fans may recognize him from his guest starring role as Jamal in season 23, episode 7, of the world-renowned television series “Law and Order: SVU.” Most recently, he can be seen as Jibril in the film “Glitter Ain’t Gold,” directed by Christian Nolan Jones and executive produced by hip-hop artist Common, which received high honors at the 2022 SXSW Film Festival. He also can be seen in the award-winning and NAACP Image Award-nominated short film “Mr. and Mrs. Ellis” and in the award-winning film “Hands Up.” Additionally, he received rave reviews for his role as young Rabbit in the three-week dramatic theater showing of “The Re-Rooting,” written by Betty Norwood Chaney and directed by Brenda Porter of Impact Theater.

Lewis is an honor student whose favorite subjects are language arts and history. He is an avid WWE fan and loves sports, with his favorite teams being the Los Angeles Lakers and Kansas City Chiefs. In his spare time, Lewis enjoys community service, writing hip-hop songs, basketball, football, swimming, boxing, chess, playing video games, creating WWE/Superhero stop motion videos and hanging out with friends and family.
