‘This Week With George Stephanopoulos’ Grows Over Previous Week in Total Viewers and Adults 25–54, Hitting 5-Week High in the Key Adult News Demo
‘This Week’ Beats NBC in Total Viewers and Adults 24-54, Leading NBC in Overall Viewers for the 5th Straight Head-to-Head Telecast
“This Week with George Stephanopoulos” averaged 2.329 million Total Viewers and 374,000 Adults 25-54 on Sunday, April 21, 2024, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research, leading NBC’s “Meet the Press” in both measures. In fact, ‘This Week” beat the NBC program in Total Viewers for the fifth straight head-to-head telecast.
“This Week” improved on the previous week in Total Viewers (+3% – 2.329 million vs. 2.258 million) and Adults 25-54 (+1% – 374,000 vs. 369,000), hitting a 5-week high in the key Adult news demo —since 3/17/24.
George Stephanopoulos is anchor, Martha Raddatz is chief global affairs correspondent and co-anchor, and Jonathan Karl is chief Washington correspondent and co-anchor of “This Week.” Brooke Brower is the executive producer.
ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos,” NBC’s “Meet the Press” and Fox’s “Fox News Sunday” each air for 60 minutes, while CBS’ “Face the Nation” airs for 30 minutes.
