Monday, April 14: Little Dreamers, Big Dreams: Meet the youngest person to ever grace the cover of Sports Illustrated – wrestling champion HONOR SMOKE shows Tamron some of her winning moves. Then, “MasterChef Junior” champion 13-year-old BRYSON MCGLYNN shows off his impressive skills in our kitchen with a delicious steak recipe. And an amazing update from seventh grader and now author NAOMI DEBERRY on her new book, “My Daddy Needs a Gift.” Plus, viral sibling duo AMARI and AZARIAH PRITCHETT perform their brand-new song, “Your Name,” just for the Tam Fam.

Tuesday, April 15: Spin the block: Today, Tamron talks to guests who have “spun the block” in their careers and relationships. JENNIFER NETTLES joins the Tam Fam to discuss her new show, “The Bondsman,” plus Sugarland’s “Take Me Home” tour. Actress DANIELLE PINNOCK is back to talk about the new season of “Ghosts.” And SIXTINE ROUYRE and HAYDEN COHEN take us through how they found love the second time around. Plus, an all-new Shop Tam Fam.

Wednesday, April 16: This is Real Life: Two major DAYTIME EXCLUSIVES – First, MERI BROWN from TLC’s “Sister Wives” on what the new season reveals. Then, SOLEIL MOON FRYE and ANGEL CARTER CONRAD, the late Aaron Carter’s twin sister, whose new documentary “The Carters” gives an intimate look inside the Carter family with never-before-seen footage.

Thursday, April 17: Best of Faith and Inspiration: The cast of Broadway’s “Purpose” LATANYA RICHARDSON JACKSON, KARA YOUNG and ALANA ARENAS joins the Tam Fam. Then, GRAMMY® Award-winning gospel singer JEKALYN CARR is back to perform her new song, “Don’t Faint.” Plus, updates from some of our most inspiring guests.

Friday, April 18:  Tamron’s Tasting Table: Spring Edition: LARRY MORROW and LENORA CHONG put a New Orleans spin on Cajun BBQ shrimp with cheesy grit cakes. Owner of “Pig & Khao” LEAH COHEN serves up a mouthwatering braised brisket recipe. And Tam Fam member DANESHIA LYNCH showcases some tasty desserts.
