‘The View’ Ranks No. 1 in Households and Total Viewers Among the Daytime Network Talk Shows and News Programs for the Week of June 13 and Season to Date
For the week of June 6, the most recent week including syndication, “The View” ranked No. 1 in Households (1.6 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.280 million) among all network and syndicated daytime talk shows and news programs, leading “Live with Kelly and Ryan” (1.5 rtg and 2.143 million, respectively), “Dr. Phil” (1.5 rtg. and 2.126 million, respectively), NBC’s “Today Third Hour” (1.4 rtg. and 2.076 million, respectively) and CBS’ “The Talk” (1.0 rtg. and 1.480 million, respectively).
For the week of June 13, “The View” ranked No. 1 in Households (1.6 rtg.) and Total Viewers (2.210 million) among the daytime network talk shows and news programs, leading NBC’s “TODAY Third Hour” (1.3 rtg. and 1.895 million, respectively), “TODAY with Hoda & Jenna” (1.0 rtg. and 1.412 million, respectively) and CBS’ “The Talk” (1.0 rtg. and 1.389 million, respectively). Season to date, “The View” ranks No. 1 in Households and Total Viewers among the daytime network talk shows and news programs.
“The View” averaged 2.210 million Total Viewers, 243,000 Women 25-54 and 182,000 Women 18-49, during the week of June 13, 2022, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research.
NOTE: On Monday (6/13/22), coverage for “The View” was too low to be rated and was retitled on Thursday (6/16/22) due to the live coverage of the Jan. 6 hearings. The retitled telecast is excluded from the weekly averages. “The View”’s averages are based on three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday).
