Mark Consuelos

Actor, producer and host Mark Consuelos continues to captivate global audiences with transformative performances spanning television, film and theater while constantly seeking new and compelling narratives to develop. Consuelos joins his wife, Kelly Ripa, as co-host of “Live with Kelly and Mark” and has been a fan-favorite guest host over the years. He joins as the show continues to be the No. 1 entertainment talk show on television. Consuelos and Ripa previously worked together for seven years on the soap opera “All My Children,” for which he received a Daytime Emmy® Award nomination in 2002 and appeared in 131 episodes.

For five consecutive seasons, Consuelos portrayed Hiram Lodge in the hit CW series “Riverdale,” for which he won the 2018 Teen Choice Award in the category of Choice TV Villain for his portrayal of the fan-favorite character.

Next up, he is set to play a recurring role in HBO Max’s upcoming political drama series “The Girls on the Bus.” Most recently, Consuelos appeared in season two of Hulu’s hit comedy “Only Murders in the Building” in the role of Mabel’s (Selena Gomez) father. Other TV credits include “How I Met Your Father,” “Broad City,” “The Night Shift,” “Queen of the South,” “Pitch,” “Difficult People,” “Kingdom,” “Alpha House,” “The New Normal,” “American Horror Story: Asylum,” “Ugly Betty” and “Hope & Faith,” among others.

Consuelos’ film credits include Barry Sonnenfeld’s comedy “Nine Lives”; Katie Holmes’ directorial debut, “All We Had”; “A Walk Among the Tombstones,” opposite Liam Neeson; the WWII drama “The Great Raid”; “Wedding Daze” with Isla Fisher and Jason Biggs; “My Super Ex-Girlfriend,” opposite Uma Thurman and Luke Wilson; and Kevin Smith’s “Cop Out,” opposite Bruce Willis.

On stage, Consuelos appeared in the New York premiere of Stuart Ross’ off-Broadway production of “Standing on Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays,” a collection of short plays addressing the battle for marriage equality in the United States. He has also appeared off-Broadway in “Boy’s Life” by Howard Korder, “Orphans” by Lyle Kessler, the Penguin Repertory production of “One Shot, One Kill” by Richard Vetere and “An Oak Tree” at the Barrow Street Theatre.

In 2007, Consuelos and Ripa created the production banner Milojo Productions, dedicated to championing top-of-the-line documentaries and bringing powerful stories to life. Milojo has developed and produced for networks including Bravo, Disney+, Logo, VH1, E!, CMT, HGTV, WeTV, TLC and Discovery. Milojo produced the Emmy-nominated documentary “The Streak” for ESPN and the critically acclaimed documentary “Off the Rez” for TLC, both of which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
