Beginning Monday, March 1, hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest kick off “Live’s Cooking School: Gadget Edition,” a week-long series of demonstrations designed as a primer for explaining the latest tools and devices in kitchenware.

 

On Monday, Food & Wine’s JUSTIN CHAPPLE starts the week by sharing tips and tricks for air fryers. Chef ALEX GUARNASCHELLI from the Food Network stops by Tuesday, March 2, to demonstrate how to properly use a pressure cooker. Wednesday, March 3, chef MELBA WILSON from New York’s famed Melba’s restaurant shares a guide to cooking with cast iron. “Top Chef” competitor chef DALE TALDE gives a lesson on sous vide cooking on Thursday, March 4. Finishing up “Live’s Cooking School: Gadget Edition” on Friday, March 5, iconic chef ERIC RIPERT explains techniques for using various small gadgets in the kitchen.
